Our well diversified portfolio includes office, industrial, medical and retail space. We seek assets with a market value of $2,000,000 to $30,000,000. Our acquisitions typically close within 45 days of escrow opening. All of our due diligence, underwriting, financing, and inspections are conducted in-house allowing us to close in a timely manner.
